This privacy policy explains how the Lama apps family page at devmil.de/lama-apps handles personal data. The page introduces ProcessLama, MailLama, GitLama, ShotLama and NoteLama; it is a website, not an app.

This website is built to collect as little as possible. Devmil Solutions does not run analytics, advertising or tracking. The website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers: its styles, scripts and images come from devmil.de, and text is set in the fonts already installed on your device. Links to other websites, such as the apps’ own pages or GitHub, only take you there when you follow them.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the site is visited, GitHub processes technical access data to deliver it and keep it secure: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. GitHub keeps this access data in its server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website).

GitHub may process data in the USA. GitHub, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). Details: GitHub privacy statement. Devmil Solutions has no access to GitHub’s server logs.

4. Local storage in your browser

The website stores the language you choose (preferred-language) in your browser’s local storage. It stores nothing else. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted, and can be deleted in your browser at any time. Storing and reading this setting on your device is permitted without consent under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, because it is strictly necessary to provide the language choice you explicitly requested. The legal basis for the related processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in showing the page in the language you chose).

5. The apps

This page is the family page of the Lama apps. It is not an app and exchanges no data with any of them. Each app has its own privacy policy, which explains what the app does with your data:
